Community Access Program
The Community Access (CAP) Youth Intern (YI) Program is a federally sponsored program that provides funding to hire a youth worker to support the public internet access services offered by CAP centres. Both Township of Russell Public Library branches are CAP centres.CAP CENTRE HOURS
The CAP centre hours are the same as our regular library branch hours »CAP CENTRE SERVICES
- Public access computers: Internet & wireless access, software programs, printing & scanning
- Support: Library staff can provide assistance with accessing the public workstations, using software installed on public computers and using the Internet.
- Training:
The CAP youth intern can offer one-on-one training and support. Please consult staff for more info.
When available, group training opportunities will be posted here.
We are currently not offering any group training. Please consult library staff or check back regularly for announcements on training.
